Exercise programs are not just for the professional athlete or overweight individual; everyone should participate in some sort of exercise at least 3 times a week.  I believe that life is the toughest sport.  If you don't train for it, you will not achieve success.  Working out not only can extend your life physically, but the stress relieving benefits will actually make you a stronger person mentally.  In addition to the health benefits you'll receive from working out, you will also find that sculpting your body builds your confidence.  In this day and age you need every edge you can get to excel in life.
